Like many archaeologists, I will be out in the field this Summer. Unfortunately the site I will be at has no internet connection, and trips to local internet cafes will be spotty at best.
So, I will be putting together some posts beforehand in order to keep the site running.
My plan as of right now is to put together a number of posts concerning important, famous, or highly representative examples of archaeoporn.
The inspiration for this are Archaeozoo’s Know Your Pathology and Afarensis’ Know Your Primate.
If anyone has suggestions or examples they want me to look at, please post a comment on this thread.
