Tomorrow I leave for the field. I will be excavating in Turkey at Güneytepe, the outer town of Ayanis. I will be returning in mid August. Until then, there are a few scheduled posts that will come up, but little chance of any writing from the field. I will bring back some stuff to write about, I am sure, so things will pick up again in August.
